PASTOR'S WELCOME ADDRESS
Calvary greeting to you all, and a very warm welcome to all our new members, visitors, and friends. By God’s divine grace, my wife and I are the officiating Stewards at the World Harvest Christian Centre which I am pleased to announce is more than just a Church building. Our fellowship is one that engenders an atmosphere of love, togetherness, refuge, praise, worship, liberation, and all kinds of physical, emotional, social, economical and spiritual upliftment.
We do not claim to be perfect, but we gratefully accept the gift of God’s righteousness through Christ Jesus enough to worship Him freely. By God’s grace and the enabling power of the Holy Spirit, we remain committed to pursuing perfection until the end.
Here at WHCC Manchester, our strong desire is to know Christ and to make Him known and I would like to seize this opportunity to send an invite to anyone and everyone. It would be my pleasure to personally welcome you and to get to know you better.
Peradventure you already have a fellowship which you regularly attend and you’re only here in Manchester on visit, then we would like the privilege of welcoming you to one of our services. Of course, when you do return to your primary place of worship, I encourage you to continue steadfastly in supporting your Church leadership. After all, though many, we are one Body.
If on the other hand, you don’t currently have a regular place of worship yet, and are seeking one; our arms are equally wide open to welcome and receive you. It may also be the case, that you don’t know much about the Christian faith but would like to, or feel alone or backslidden and want someone to hold your hands in prayer, or feel as though there is no purpose to life and are at the verge of giving up on yourself and life, our doors are open to you – COME!
We won’t judge you; it is not what we are called to do. Instead, we are keen to gladly share the joy of God’s salvation with you, and to see His transforming power mould you into all that God has destined you for. So please come, just as you are.
It is my prayer that as you wake up each day, the blessing and peace of God will abide with you continually. In the meantime, feel free to browse our website for updates on our programs, events, and announcements.
I look forward to seeing you soon.
